Join an AmeriCorps crew working on conservation projects throughout Rio Grande del Norte National Monument. Serve your community as part of a team while working with other AmeriCorps members!
Crews will work to safely complete projects such as trail reconstruction and signage in collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management. All Corpsmembers will receive both personal and professional development training in topics such as First Aid/CPR, financial management, and public speaking skills.
This is an AmeriCorps position and corpsmembers will receive a living allowance throughout the season, as well as an education award upon successful completion of the term of service. This award can be used to pay tuition at most colleges, universities, or trade schools, or to pay off student loans already acquired. Corpsmembers are also eligible for health insurance during their term of service.
